Description : ILLA was born from the idea of ​​creating artistic and cultural flows and movements during the year 2019 between JISER and es FAR Cultural in partnership with the Center d’Art Le LAIT (Occitanie). We have a centralizing French history which has deliberately erased the multiplicity of our culture: we are French before being Occitan, southerners … and this multiculturation remains to this day considered folkloric. A seventy-year-old Cévennes can be found in southern Catalonia. While he speaks the same language, he does not realize it because he has understood too well that he only speaks French. While in fact, it is an Occitan speaker who ignores each other and the political border between the two Catalonias is not a linguistic border.

Our job will be to invite people to look at each other’s culture together in order to realize that it is in fact our own culture.

Feel interculturality not through mutual understanding. The weaving, mixing and multilingualism will provide concrete examples of artistic texts that show that when we want to understand each other, we can understand each other. Description : TRAFIC (which refers to traffic, movement, commerce and exchange, but also to data and website visitors) is a digital device which aims to:

• Encourage exchanges between young filmmakers and professionals developing a project.
• Facilitate a first step in confronting these projects with recognized cinema professionals.
• Make these projects visible and label them. TRAFIC will be presented as part of the press conferences of Cinespaña (October’21) and REC (December’21) and in the communication areas of each festival (print, web, social networks, press releases and press kit). A selection of 9 to 12 feature-length fiction, creative or animated documentary projects that can be found at any stage (from writing to post-production), led by young filmmakers or producers established in Catalonia , Balearic Islands and Occitania, will be carried out by a selection committee. This selection will be announced on the project’s website, on social networks and through the newsletter that will be sent to film professionals in France, Spain and beyond. After an exchange and preparation phase between April and June 2022, the project leaders will have to make an online presentation in June (dates to be defined), to professionals invited for this occasion and to a jury who will award prizes. . The winners will be communicated on the website, social networks and via a newsletter. 

At the same time, a presentation of the film ecosystems of the three regions will be offered for a Euroregional and international audience.

Description : Compartir ubicació is a live theatrical experience, in Catalan, aimed at adults and designed from the ground up to be viewed online via the zoom platform. An opportunity to secure the performing arts regardless of the state of restrictions for COVID19 we find ourselves in, as only a connection device is needed to enjoy the show without having to relocate to a theatrical space. The viewer plays an active role in the function, as they will have to help solve puzzles and find information so that the story can evolve. It will be up to the virtual audience to decide which direction the piece goes. There is a version of the program aimed at young people which is distributed to schools in the Euroregion. The promoters of the project were Meritxell Yanes and David Planas, an actor couple from Celrà with experience in unconventional stage formats.
