Projet Erasmus+

Programme: Erasmus+
Total budget : €59,876.00
EU Funding : 100%
Duration : 18 months, from 01/01/2026 to 30/06/2027
1) Strengthen the democratic participation of young people via a recognized institutional structure (AEJ) and structured dialogue mechanisms.
2) Develop the skills and autonomy of young people through non-formal learning, mobility and recognition of acquired skills via Youthpass and Europass..
3) Promoting inclusion and diversity by guaranteeing access to disadvantaged young people and removing language barriers (online courses, intercultural tandems)..
4) Contribute to the priorities of the EU: Europe plus verte (Let’s Clean Up Europe), plus inclusive (Agaches), plus creative and participative (Jeunesse and Culture, Fashion), plus proche des citoyens (political dialogues and institutional visits).
5) Ensure the durability and transferability of the AEJ model thanks to a methodological kit, an intergenerational mentoring system and autonomous funding provided by the three regions (minimum €15,000/year).
– Organise four transnational mobility programmes (including one in Brussels with the European institutions).
– Organise three inclusive and intercultural thematic events (Youth and Culture, Fashion and Agaches).
– Create a lifelong learning itinerary, recognised by Youthpass, with reflection and debriefing sessions after each activity.
– Implement innovative communication strategies (videos, podcasts, methodological toolkit, website, social networks) to disseminate the results and ensure their replicability in other Euroregions.
The AEJ project targets several youth groups at different levels of involvement. The young people directly involved (16-30 years old) are from three territories: Catalonia, the Baléares Islands and the Occitanie Region.
A second group not part of the AEJ includes the young indirect participants (13-30 years old), mobilized via public events (Let’s Clean Up Europe, Agaches, Jeunes et culture), workshops and local consultations.
The third target group is made up of political decision-makers and local, regional and European institutional actors, involved in mobilities and structured dialogues with young people.
Finally, associative, cultural and environmental actors collaborating in the implementation of the project and facilitating the involvement of remote young people, ensuring a territorial anchoring and a lasting diffusion of the results.
General and administrative coordination | strategic steering | financial management | Erasmus+ monitoring and reporting
The various Erasmus+ mobility activities enable young people to meet each other, discover their cultures and territories, build connections, exchange ideas, debate and develop joint actions, as well as policy proposals aimed at contributing to youth public policies and improving the daily lives of young people at the Euroregional level.
These exchanges also strengthen the progressive development of the YA as a future youth consultative body within the Euroregion.
