The Euroregional Youth Assembly is a participatory space made up of young people aged 16 to 30 residing in the territories of the Pyrenees-Mediterranean Euroregion: Catalonia, the Balearic Islands, and Occitania. We are a dynamic community committed to the future of the region, aiming to make an impact on euroregional and European policies.

Additionally, the Assembly serves as a space for exchange and debate among its members, providing first-hand insight into the workings of European territorial cooperation institutions, such as the Euroregions. We strive to foster active youth participation in decision-making and to build a more cohesive and sustainable future for the Pyrenees-Mediterranean Euroregion.
Calls
The first call took place from 12 April to 5 June 2023, and was constituted on 9 and 10 February 2023 in Toulouse, France, where the first Euroregional Youth Assembly (EYA) was held. During this first constituent assembly, members were able to elect their representatives, opting for a rotating presidency, following the Euroregion model.
The second call took place from 9 December to 26 January 2025.
Creation

Mandates
On April 2, 2025, we began a new mandate, coinciding with the handover of the presidency of the Euroregion.
We are currently in the second mandate of the General Assembly, a stage that reaffirms the collective commitment to continue advancing shared objectives and consolidating the progress achieved so far. This period allows us to continue the initiatives launched and strengthen cooperation between all members.
