The e-salut group of the Euroregion will attend the first International Biotherapy Days congress in Toulouse.

On 29th January, there will be a kick-off meeting with the three selected schools to officially start the project and present the general framework of the Gastronomy project, the planned calendar and the next steps. It will also serve to resolve any possible doubts.
