Background
Aid fund against Covid-19

During 2020, the Euroregion Pyrenees Mediterranean launched the transversal and exceptional call for a COVID support fund, whose resolution benefits 32 innovative projects with a total funding of €700,000.

Through this Fund, Carole Delga, President of the Euroregion and the Région Occitanie and its partners Francina Armengol, President of the Government of the Balearic Islands, and Pere Aragonés, Vice-President of the Government of Catalonia, expressed their desire to mentor and support the socioeconomic actors and citizens of the Euroregional territory with the aim of mitigating the effects of the health crisis and boosting the economy throughout the region.

For all applications to a call for projects issued by the Euroregion Pyrenees-Mediterranean, please take note of the applicable documents to be observed, in addition to the regulations for each call.

WifiCOVID: Pilot d’un sistema d’alerta de detecció d’aglomeracions i pèrdues del distanciament social a l’àmbit urbà

Description: The aim of this action is to validate the implementation of a health protocol that makes the movement of passengers viable safe and sanitary consistent with the current needs of tourist mobility between the peninsular territories and the Balearic Islands.
In recent weeks, there has been increasing pressure to achieve the development of safe tourism in the context of COVID19. In many Spanish autonomous communities there is a growing demand for tools that allow the safe management of tourism. Operators and sending and receiving countries also make a demand in this regard, which is clear and concrete. The need to travel with verifiable and verified health information that guarantees the arrival of travelers with negative COVID19 tests.


Turismo Integral

Description: Turismo Integral was born with a mission: to actively participate in the enhancement of the natural and cultural heritage and also in the sustainable development of the tourism and retail sector.
Through an innovative methodology of co-creation with the agents of the territory, we bring an adaptation of the tourist and cultural offer to the new tendencies based in particular on the concept of slow tourism: “Tourism at slow pace, guaranteeing the renewal of the being, emitting little CO², which is a synonymous with patience, serenity, in-depth discoveries, improved knowledge and cultural acquisitions ”


SEQR: Pilot per crear un corredor sanitari segur a les Illes Balears

Leader: Fundació Universitat-Empresa de les Illes Balears – FUEIB
