Description : Social and educational inclusion is enshrined as a fundamental right in the laws of various European countries, and has become a relevant milestone for many international bodies (UNESCO, 2015; OECD, 2006 and 2007). Although the university statutes recognize the right to inclusion, when implementing it many of the universities have no clear protocols or training on psycho-pedagogical guidance, curricular adaptation, teaching coordination and lack of indicators of educational quality or inclusion. In fact, different studies indicate that teaching skills for inclusion are a key element in promoting an inclusive education and that, in addition, they consist of an opportunity for teaching quality and innovation that can benefit all students. and the system in general. Among these competencies, Fernández Batanero (2011) highlights the following: commitment and positive attitude towards diversity, educational planning based on differences, educational mediation, formative assessment and curricular adaptations, attention to diversity and the promotion of meaningful learning.

Description : The COVID-19 pandemic has forced most universities in the Euroregion to use online educational facilities. Currently, several universities, including the URV, use the moodle platform with Teams software for online training. Today there are different types of applications that can help improve online education, but they are generally used for simple or specific purposes and in no case are found in an integrated system, such as Nearpod, Socreative, Kahoot or Mentimeter Another aspect is that these tools do not have a large storage capacity, so they are not used in large institutions where there may be thousands of students. Nor do they have a user data protection system that requires a higher level educational institution. In addition, others, and this is differentiating and determining, do not have AI models and statistical analysis like the ones we will need on the online education platform. Therefore, we identify an opportunity that we cover by integrating solutions, adding AI technology and offering a unique product that can improve the teaching process during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
