CULTURE IN THE EUROREGION: APPLICATIONS OPEN FOR THE ANNUAL CALL FOR PROJECTS

Background

The fifteenth edition of the Euroregion’s Culture call for projects, with a total budget of €120,000, has been open since Monday, June 2. Cultural stakeholders and creative industries from Occitania, Catalonia, and the Balearic Islands have until September 3, 2025, to submit their cultural cooperation projects online between the three member territories.

This “APC25” call covers all areas of culture—from languages to performing arts, as well as arts and crafts and architecture. The Euroregion places a strong emphasis on social inclusion, environmental sustainability, youth, and digital engagement in these territorial and international cooperation projects.

#APC25 – Call open until September 3, 2025
On Monday, June 2, the Euroregion Pyrenees-Mediterranean published the guidelines for its fifteenth Culture call for projects. All disciplines and artistic expressions from the culture and arts sectors are eligible. The total funding available for the 2025 Culture call (APC25) amounts to €120,000.

Projects must include partners from each of the three Euroregion member territories. The maximum Euroregional co-financing granted will be 60% of the total budget of each supported project, with a cap of €20,000 per project.

The webinar presenting this #APC25 was held on June 19, 2025, and is already available.

The Euroregion has launched two initiatives to facilitate contacts between cultural actors for this call and over the long term:

#APC24 – Ongoing projects
The seven projects supported under the 2024 call are currently in progress, and more details are available on the Euroregion’s website. The structure, which celebrated its 20th anniversary a few months ago, continues to highlight the cultural, linguistic, and heritage diversity of its territory and stands as a key player in European and Mediterranean cooperation in the field of artistic creation in all its forms.
