On Thursday 29 September 2022, participants from across the Mediterranean basin met in Montpellier at the invitation of the Economic and Social Councils of the Euroregion Pyrenees Mediterranean to address marine pollution by plastics.
The ESCs of the three members of the Euroregion Pyrenees Mediterranean (EPM): the Government of the Balearic Islands, the Government of Catalonia and the Region Occitanie, which currently holds the presidency of the Euroregion, thus highlighted possible solutions already implemented by numerous stakeholders from all over the Mediterranean, in the context of the Le Monde Nouveau forum in Montpellier.
