New Euro-regional call for proposals to promote educational and professional exchanges in hospitality, restaurant, and gastronomy with a budget of €45,000
The Euroregion Pirineus Mediterrània launches the AMI Gastronomie: Taste Cooperation call for proposals to promote exchanges between hospitality, restaurant, and gastronomy schools in the three territories. The call for proposals will be open from September 15 through November 10, 2025.
This call for proposals arises within the framework of the Balearic Presidency of the Euroregion (2025-2027), which places responsible, sustainable, and quality tourism as a strategic axis. Its objective is to promote the exchange of knowledge and mobility among students in order to encourage training in tourism and young talent and strengthen cultural and professional ties between Catalonia, the Balearic Islands, and Occitania, while offering unique gastronomic experiences that reflect the richness and diversity of the Euroregion.
The project is aimed at public or private schools specializing in hospitality, restaurant, and gastronomy, which will have to make a threefold commitment: to organize an event in their own region, to welcome students and/or teachers from other regions, and, finally, to send students to other regions in the Euroregion. Thanks to the €15,000 grant per region, a total budget of €45,000 will be available to finance travel and accommodation expenses, logistics and event organization, teaching resources, and communication activities.
L’AMI Gastronomie represents a unique opportunity to connect young talent, promote culinary innovation, and showcase destinations in the Euroregion through culture, education, and shared creativity. The activities to be promoted include themed show cooking events, workshops with guest chefs, circular and sustainable gastronomy initiatives, the revival of traditional techniques, tastings of local products, and many other innovative proposals that will be implemented between January 2026 and June 2027.
Les sol·licituds s’hauran de presentar a través de la plataforma WIIN abans del 10 de novembre de 2025 a les 12 h.
